Welcome to Swavik. By accessing or using our platform www.swavik.co.in(hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access the Platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age, or as permitted by applicable law, to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate, complete, and valid.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials. Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility. Sharing login credentials or misusing the Platform may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Services
Swavik provides online courses, internship programs, quizzes, projects, and digital certificates. Certificates are issued online and will be visible in the user’s account within 5 business days after successful completion of the course. No physical items are shipped.
Payments & Refunds
Payments made for courses are final and non-refundable, as the services are digital in nature. All transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. Swavik never asks for sensitive details such as card PINs, OTPs, or banking passwords.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including courses, notes, videos, branding, and design, is the intellectual property of Swavik. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or reselling the content without prior written permission.
Prohibited Activities
- Sharing or selling login credentials
- Cheating or misrepresenting submissions in quizzes/projects
- Unauthorized use of Swavik’s name, logo, or materials
- Engaging in fraudulent or unlawful activities
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Swavik strives to provide uninterrupted services, but does not guarantee that the Platform will always be error-free or available. Swavik shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or losses arising from third-party providers or technical issues. In no event shall Swavik’s liability exceed the lesser of ₹100 or the amount paid by you for the service in question.
Termination
Swavik reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms & Conditions or misusing the Platform.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Davangere, Karnataka, India.
