Idea Refinement & Kickoff
The clock starts! Teams dive into intense coding to establish their base architecture, refine their initial ideas, and lay down the foundation of their solution.
Checkpoint 1 – Judge Review
First Pivot Point. Judges interact with teams to review initial progress and provide critical feedback, course corrections, and requested modifications.
Core Development
The Grind. Armed with expert feedback, teams get back to coding, integrating the judges' suggestions and scaling up their prototypes.
Checkpoint 2 – The Eliminator
The Shortlist. Judges evaluate how well teams incorporated feedback and look at functional evolution. Top 6-8 ideas move forward.
Grand Finale Pitching
Showtime. The top 6–8 elite teams take the stage to pitch their final working demos live in front of the panel.
