⚠️ Important: Swavik never asks for sensitive details like debit/credit card PINs, net banking passwords, or OTPs (except OTPs for password reset). If you receive such a request, report it immediately to the concerned authority.

Certificates Policy

Swavik does not ship physical goods. Instead, digital certificates will be visible and available for download in your profile within 5 business days after successful completion of your course.

Refund Policy

All sales made on Swavik are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once the payment has been successfully processed and access to the course has been granted. Please review course details carefully before enrolling.

Terms & Conditions

  • All payments are final and governed by our Refund Policy.
  • Access to courses is for personal educational use only.
  • Sharing login credentials or course content with others is strictly prohibited.
  • Swavik reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of policies.
  • Certificates are provided digitally within 5 business days of course completion.
